At Encanterra, our members get the exclusive treatment of a private country club, but without jumping through hoops to become members. Membership is simple, convenient, and a true value for golfing enthusiasts. Whether Encanterra is your first private club or your fifth, joining and maintaining your membership will be a wonderful experience. Here’s some basic information on how the membership opportunities work at Encanterra.
Membership is an Investment in yourself, your life, and your family.
At Encanterra, members, their spouse, and immediate family members (children up to age 22 and living at home) are all welcome to play as much golf as they desire without paying greens fees. The core-style layout lends well to those who enjoy walking during their round, and beneficially both for you and your wallet, walking is a healthy and free choice. Golf cars are available for our members or they can choose to use their own golf car as long as the golf car is within our defined color and model standards. Minimal golf car fees are billed either per use or annually depending on the member's request.

Truly, the benefits of membership are priceless…it affords members a place to connect, to challenge themselves, to build new friendships, and to enjoy the great game of golf. Additionally, a private club is a refuge, a place that's familiar, a place of belonging, a place where you feel at home. Encanterra is all of those things, and more. Members enjoy a manicured golf course that is exclusively theirs. Playing comes at the members' discretion, not to be determined by a public tee sheet, and with familiar faces that share the same level of respect for the game and the golf course as you do.
Bring your golfing buddies.
Guests are allowed to play with members, and Encanterra has reasonably priced guest green fees which vary depending on the season. There are rules though…each guest must be accompanied by a member and can play just six times annually.
Yes, you can be a member if you are not living at Encanterra.
But, hurry! There are limited memberships available for people living "outside the gates".
Initiation Fee and Monthly Dues
Initiation fees are paid just one time, upon joining, and dues are billed monthly. To learn pricing, please contact the membership director.
Initiation Fee? Does that mean I get my Initiation Fee back?
The initiation fee is returned upon resignation and resale of the membership. The value returned is 80% of the existing sales price of the membership category, up to 100% of what was originally paid by the member. Every fourth membership sold will be a membership from the resignation list. If you're a homeowner, you may bypass the resignation list by selling your golf membership with your home.
Becoming a Member, simply.
The membership process is simple. Contact the Membership Director, read through the provided Club documents, fill out the Membership Agreement, return the Agreement and submit the Initiation Fee to the Membership Director, and after review and acceptance, which should take no longer than two weeks, you can begin to enjoy your Club.
The Beauty of a Non-equity Club
There are no Food and Beverage Minimums or Assessments for members of Encanterra.
Test driving the Golf Course
You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it, right? Because Encanterra would be your "home course", we want to make sure the golf course is something you enjoy. We will allow potential members to play the golf course after meeting with the Membership Director and submitting the Membership Agreement.
